Terms of service

1. Scope of Services & Pricing

• Service Definition: The Company delivers services specified in the invoice: False ceilings, HVAC maintenance, tiling, plastering, engraving, carpentry, and wallpaper installation.
• Additional Works & Taxes: Extra requests on-site are subject to separate pricing and must be paid before execution. All prices are subject to 5% UAE VAT.

2. Client Responsibilities & Site Preparation

• Permits, Safety & Utilities: The client is responsible for building permits and clearing rooms of valuables. The client must provide continuous water, electricity, and ventilation free of charge.

3. Service Warranty & Execution Quality

• Warranty Period & Scope: A workmanship warranty of [e.g., 30 or 90 days] starts from the digital handover. We rectify installation defects free of charge.
• Exclusions: Excludes misuse, client-purchased materials, or pre-existing hidden building defects (e.g., old water leaks or faulty wiring).

4. HVAC Special Clauses

• Inspection & Faults: Inspection fees are due upon diagnosis. The Company is not liable for compressor or PCB failures due to building voltage fluctuations. Freon warranty applies only to weld joints made by our technician.

5. Intellectual Property & Project Media

• Rights & Documentation: Website content is exclusive property. The team may take before/after photos for technical or marketing purposes, strictly respecting client privacy.

6. Liability & Force Majeure

• Limits & External Events: Financial liability is strictly limited to the invoice value. The Company is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (e.g., extreme weather).

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate where the Company's license is issued. The UAE Courts shall have jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
